How is this different from ChatGPT?

Will it go off and send something it shouldn’t?

No. On its own it only checks, judges and drafts. Sending, refunding, repricing, ordering, anything that changes your store, always stops and waits for your nod. Every step is logged, so you can always see what it did and what it looked at.

Will it do things I never asked for?

No. If it spots something else, it tells you, and that’s all: it goes on the list on your desk, and nothing moves until you nod.

I can’t write prompts. Can I still use it?

You don’t need to. There’s no prompt and no rulebook. Say it like a message to someone reliable: “Keep an eye on stock, write up the reorder for anything low.” It remembers your rules, judges the exceptions, and comes to you when it can’t.

Is my data safe? My accounts?

Keys and grants are encrypted at rest and never echoed back to you. It connects to your store and inbox through each provider’s own official authorization — you approve the access on their screen before anything opens — and you can disconnect anytime. Everything it does on your behalf is on record — there are no moves you can’t see.

How is it different from ChatGPT Work, Claude Cowork or WorkBuddy?

When my credits run out, will it charge me without asking?

No. When credits run out it stops and tells you. It never upgrades you or buys top-ups on its own. Every purchase is one you click. Pro is a monthly subscription that renews at the tier you signed up for, nothing more.

Can I use my own AI account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Live calls on your own key are billed by your provider and don’t use credits. Scheduled runs are the one exception: they never go through your key and always use platform credits. Without a key, you run on the credits we give you.

What happens when the beta ends?

Accepted Answer

Your 300 credits don’t expire and the terms don’t change. Lifetime means lifetime. Your data, your rules and your history stay. Need to run at volume? Move up to Pro.
